Multisoft India

Our office is in the lower basement of Sai Nath Plaza, over on J.N Road in Mulund West. Being in the basement means we don't get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler when the Mumbai heat gets bad outside. Multisoft India has been here at No.17 for a while. It’s a bit of a maze getting down here if you haven't visited before. We have computers set up everywhere because that’s what we do—software and tech work. It’s often quiet, just the sound of clicking keys and maybe the radio playing low in the background. We don't have a fancy entrance with a sign, just a door that leads into our workspace. Mulund West is a busy area, so once we step out of the plaza, it’s all noise and people rushing to the station. We like it here though. There’s a good vibe in the building, and we know the other shop owners nearby. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew or anything, so we take turns tidying up the place on Saturdays. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. People call us up when their systems act up or they need something new installed. We just take the notes and get to work. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening most days. We're just regular people trying to keep the tech running for our clients while sharing a few jokes between tasks.
