If you go up to rooms 206 and 207 in the Shukla Compound, you’ll find us. We’ve been here in Malad West for a while now, right near where Tungent Furniture is located. Multilink Online Service is just a few rooms with a bunch of computers and some printers that sometimes have a mind of their own. It gets busy in the afternoons when everyone realizes they need to get something printed or filed. The compound is always a bit chaotic with people moving around, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We spend a lot of our time looking at forms on screens and trying to help people who aren't very good with technology. It can be frustrating when the power cuts out or the connection slows down to a crawl, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't have a big waiting area, so people just lean against the walls and chat while they wait. It’s a very local vibe. We know which neighbors like to talk and which ones just want to get their work done and leave. The desks are a bit old and the chairs creak, but they do the job. We aren't trying to be some big tech hub. We just provide a place for people to get their digital chores finished. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
