Down in Vile Parle East, specifically at Laxmi Nilayam on Nanda Patkar Road, you’ll find us at Office Number 2 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators that sometimes decide not to work. Multifilms Plastics has been our daily reality for quite some time. It's not a huge place, just a decent office where we handle all the plastic business stuff. The street outside gets pretty busy with people heading to the station or local shops. Sometimes the noise from the traffic gets in, but we’re used to it by now. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick talk about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. There’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved in what we do. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work that keeps us occupied. We know the neighbors around here, the guys at the tea stall and the other small offices in the building. It feels like a little community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our clients get what they asked for without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a mix-up, but we just fix it and move on. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Vile Parle. It isn't glamorous, but it works for us.
