Our office is actually inside Flat B-1004 at Ganga Florentina in the Mohammadwadi area of Pune. It’s a high floor, so we get a decent breeze when the windows are open. Mtmf Power Platform Software Solutions sounds like a big corporate name, but really it’s just a small team of us working on computers in a residential building. We chose this spot because it's quieter than being right in the middle of the city traffic. You can hear the sounds of the society downstairs, kids playing or cars coming in, but up here on the tenth floor it’s mostly just the clicking of keyboards. We have our servers and workstations set up in what used to be a living room. It works for us. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we mostly order food or bring lunch boxes from home. Sometimes we take a walk around the society grounds when we get stuck on a coding problem. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a commercial plaza. Most of the people living in the building probably don't even know there's a software company running from B-1004. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the software work. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Pune is a big tech hub, but we like our small corner here in Mohammadwadi.
