Our place is located on Plot No C 20, right in Lane No 4 of Hanuman Nagar in Garkheda. Aurangabad is a good city to be in, and this particular neighborhood feels very grounded. We are in a standalone building that isn't too big. Mspa Software Solutions Llp is the name on the door, though most of the locals just know us as the guys who work late in the corner office. The street outside is usually quiet, except when the school nearby lets out. We have a simple setup inside with a few rows of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. There is a small area where we keep our files and some spare parts. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so we usually tidy up ourselves before we head home. It is a very DIY kind of environment. If something breaks, one of us usually fixes it. We don't spend money on things we don't need, which keeps things honest and focused. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It is a relaxed atmosphere but we still manage to get a lot done. We like being in Garkheda because it’s easy to find good food nearby. It feels like a real workplace for real people who aren't trying to impress anyone. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keep the wheels turning.
