Mrinmoy Mondal

If you head out to Kharghar in Navi Mumbai, you’ll find Mrinmoy Mondal’s place in Kendriya Vihar. We are in Sector 11, specifically B/39/03. Kendriya Vihar is a massive complex, so it took us a little while to get used to where everything is ourselves. Our workspace is pretty simple. It’s a basic room with enough space for our computers and a small table for when we need to discuss things. Navi Mumbai has a lot more space than the main city, so it feels a bit more open here. We don’t have a fancy reception or anyone to answer the door; we just get up and do it ourselves when someone knocks. Most of our work is done on the computers, so we spend a lot of time sitting down and focusing. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together while talking about whatever is on the news. It’s a quiet environment, which is good because it helps us get through the daily tasks without too many distractions. Sector 11 has everything we need close by, so we don’t have to travel far for supplies or a quick coffee. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything organized. It’s honest work, and we like the routine of being here in Kharghar every day. It works out well for everyone involved.
