The first floor of the Rays building is where we work. It’s located on 1st Road in Bandra West, right in the heart of everything. Being at Mpower Staffing Solutions means we are always talking to people. Bandra is a lively spot, and there is always something going on outside the window. We spend our days looking for the right people for various jobs. It’s a lot of reading through papers and calling folks to see if they are interested in new roles. The office is a bit small, but we make it work. Since we are in the 400 050 area, we get people from all over Mumbai coming in. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure schedules match up. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just come up to the first floor and you’ll see us there. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't big on corporate suits or anything like that. We just want to help people get into the jobs they need. The TPS4 area is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of the one-way streets. It gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home, so we usually try to wrap up our calls before the rush starts. It’s just us doing what we can to keep the staffing process moving along for everyone involved. It is a busy place but we manage to keep things organized.
