You can find us in the Jai Maharashtra Apartment over in Sector-9 of Vashi. We are in the Jn-2/39, A-5 block. Vashi is always crowded, especially around the station area, but our spot in Sector-9 is a little more settled. The apartment building is one of those older Navi Mumbai structures that has seen plenty of monsoons. It is not a high-rise with glass walls, just a functional space where we set up our desks and chairs. Climbing up the stairs every morning is part of the routine. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has that cozy, slightly cramped feel you get in Mumbai. We have our computers and files all over the place. There is a small shop downstairs where everyone goes for a quick break or a vadapav. It is a practical location because the trains and buses are easy to get to. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always running at full speed. We just focus on the work at hand without much fuss. It is a regular workplace for regular people. Nothing fancy about it, just a place in Navi Mumbai to get things done during the day. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work assigned to us.
