Mottmac Donald

This is the small setup for Mottmac Donald. We don't have a big physical storefront or a fancy office building to show off. Most of our work happens through these email addresses, varun k1980 at rediffmail and the gmail one too. It is a bit of a different way to run things but it works for what we do. Varun handles a lot of the communication directly. We spend a lot of time on our laptops responding to queries and sorting out project details. It’s very much a personal operation without all the corporate layers you usually find in bigger firms. We might be working from a home office or a quiet corner somewhere. It keeps the costs down and lets us focus on the actual work instead of paying for a big glass building. People usually just reach out to us digitally and we take it from there. It might seem a bit casual to some but we take the tasks seriously. We don't have a big team of people answering phones. It is just us and our computers. We try to be quick with replies when we can. Sometimes the internet is slow or the electricity flickers but we manage to stay on top of things. It’s a simple way of doing business in this day and age. We prefer it this way because it feels more direct and honest. No bells and whistles needed.
