Motiwala & Brothers

So we've been here at Motiwala & Brothers for a good while now. Our spot is right by the 174 City Bank ATM near the Masjid, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us if they’re walking around that part of the neighborhood. It’s usually quite busy around here with people coming and going from the ATM or heading to prayers. We just go about our day, opening up the shutters in the morning and seeing who stops by. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep things organized the best we can. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. My brothers and I take turns being here. We know the regulars who pass by every afternoon. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that because most people just know where we are. If you’re ever near the Masjid and need to grab something, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup. We deal with whatever comes our way and try to keep the shelves stocked with what people usually ask for. The space is a bit cramped when it gets crowded, but it’s been our home for years. We just try to stay honest and do the work. Nothing more to it than that really. Just a local business trying to get through the week like everyone else.
