We are Motilal Oswal Sec Ltd and we’re located over in Mulund West. Specifically, we are in Shankardhan Plaza, which sits on J N Rd in Sarvodaya Nagar. J N Rd stays busy from morning till night. Shankardhan Plaza is one of those buildings where you see a lot of different businesses. We have been in rooms 204 and 205 for a while now. It’s a functional space with enough room for what we do. The B Wing isn't exactly a five-star hotel, but it’s solid and gets the job done. Motilal Oswal Sec Ltd is just the name we use for the paperwork and the sign. People in Sarvodaya Nagar know the building well. We don't have any fancy brochures or a philosophy to share. We just show up at Shankardhan Plaza, take the stairs or the lift to the second floor, and start our work. It’s a simple routine in a big city. The office isn't overly decorated or anything. We just have the basics to keep things running. It’s a local Mulund spot and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We don't make a big deal of it, we just work here every day.
