Motech Software Risl is based out of Airoli in Navi Mumbai. We don't have one of those big, flashy offices you see in the movies. It’s a pretty standard workspace where we handle software tasks. Airoli is a big hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by a lot of other companies, but we try to keep to ourselves. The daily routine involves getting through the Navi Mumbai traffic, which can be a real headache, and then settling in for the day. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out coding issues. It’s not very exciting to talk about, but it’s what we do. The office has the basic stuff like desks, chairs, and a small area to make tea. We don't have a big HR team or a bunch of people in suits. Most of us just wear jeans and get on with it. Since we are in Airoli, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is probably the best part of the location. We’ve been operating here for a while and have gotten used to the pace of things. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build software and try to make sure it functions the way it’s supposed to. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of the city. We often work late when there is a deadline coming up.
