Our office is over in Andheri East, specifically at 56 Mogra Village Lane. Motech Software Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. Mogra Village is one of those areas that feels a bit tucked away even though it’s in the middle of a very busy part of town. The lane can be a bit narrow, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a hassle if the traffic is bad. Inside, it’s mostly just a bunch of people sitting at computers. We do software work, so there isn't much to see besides screens and keyboards. It is a pretty quiet place most of the time, except for the sound of typing and the occasional meeting. We have a small kitchen area where we grab tea. The walls are mostly plain, and we have some old posters up. We don’t really have many visitors, so we don’t worry too much about keeping everything looking like a showroom. It’s a practical space for writing code. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it comes back. Andheri East is always noisy with construction and cars, but inside the lane, it stays okay. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the day is done. It is just a regular software office where we spend our hours together. The lane is quiet at night. We usually lock up and head to the station when the work is finished.
