Monarch Soft Tech Llp

You can find us at the Mahindra Eminents building in Goregaon West. We are way up on the 25th floor in the Aspen wing, specifically unit 2502. Looking out from S V Road, you can see the tower easily. We go by Monarch Soft Tech Llp. It is an LLP, so it is a small group of us handling the technical side of things. Goregaon is a busy place to be, but being this high up helps block out some of the street noise. We spend a lot of time on our screens. The office is pretty basic, just the usual desks and a pantry that always needs more milk. We have been here for a while. It is not a fancy tech startup with beanbags. It is more of a regular workplace where people arrive in the morning and leave when the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or figuring out software bits. We do not have a big marketing team to write nice things about us. It is just us. We know the neighbors in the building and the guys downstairs. It is a good location for getting around Mumbai, even if the traffic on S V Road is a nightmare in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes our way. That is the reality of it. We do not have any big secrets or complex goals. We just work on what needs fixing every day until the job is done.
