Monarch Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd is located out in Goregaon East, inside Royal Palms within the Aarey Milk Colony area. Being out here is a bit different than being in the middle of the city. There is more greenery around, though the roads can be a bit bumpy getting here. Our office at number 2 is where we handle the tech side of things. We have a small group of people who are pretty good at what they do. We do not spend our time on fancy mission statements. We just focus on the projects at hand. Sometimes it is quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think, which is a luxury in Mumbai. We have our desks set up with multiple monitors and the usual clutter of a tech office. The commute out to Royal Palms takes some getting used to, but once you are here, it is a decent place to spend the day. We are not trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We are just regular people who know a lot about technology and how to apply it. We take our breaks, we talk about the news, and we get our work done. It is a straightforward way of operating. We have been in this location for a while and we have made the space our own. It is where the work happens, day in and day out. That is all there is to it.
