Our business is situated in Borivali West at number 64. It’s a decent area, and we have been here long enough that we don't really think about it much anymore. We handle mobile solutions, which mostly means we are looking at phone screens or trying to figure out why a battery isn't holding a charge. The shop is small, and we have stuff piled up in the back room—mostly old parts and boxes that we haven't gotten around to throwing away. It’s just how it is when you’ve been in the same place for years. The front part is where we meet people and take their devices. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road in Borivali, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people walking past or neighbors telling their friends about us. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just a waste of money. There are days when the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, but usually, we are busy from morning until we close up. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It’s a good spot for a shop like ours, and we are quite content with how things are going. No big plans, just fixing one phone at a time.
