Mohan Pathak Company

Mohan Pathak Company has its main office in Bandra East, specifically in the Shraddha Co Op building at Office No 1927. We also spend a fair amount of time handling matters over in Nalasopara. It’s a bit of a commute between those two places, but that’s just how we’ve set things up. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly just desks, a few old chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that never seem to get any smaller no matter how much we work. We handle a lot of the paperwork and administrative stuff for people around the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a glossy magazine. There are no glass walls or big city views. Just a regular room where we try to get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. We know the other people in the building pretty well. We share the lift and complain about the rain when it leaks through the windows in the hallway. We don't do any big marketing or have a fancy website. Most people find us because someone they know told them we were here. We try to keep our heads down and do the work. The furniture in the office is a bit old, maybe from the nineties, but it’s sturdy enough for us. We don't need those ergonomic chairs that cost a fortune. It’s just a normal way to earn a living in the city.
