Modiant Technologies Private Limited

Modiant Technologies is up on the fifth floor of the Mustafa Building here in Fort. It is an old building called Jash Chambers, and sometimes the elevator is a bit slow so we end up waiting around with the other folks working in the area. Being on Sir PM Road means there is always noise outside and people rushing to get to their offices. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and computers and a small corner for tea. It gets quite busy during the day when everyone is logged in. Mumbai's Fort area is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we like being in the middle of all that history and the old stone buildings. Most of us take the train into CST or Churchgate and then walk over. It is a short walk but in the humidity, it feels longer. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to finish before the evening rush starts at the station. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot on our plates, and the building gets quiet. It’s a different vibe then. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a door with the company name on it. If you find Jash Chambers, you just head up and we are there. It works for us.
