Mittal Shah

Our place is in Ghatkopar West, specifically in Bhatwadi, Barvenagar. It is B1, Room No 1. Mittal Shah is who we are. This part of Mumbai is always crowded and there is a lot of energy in the air. We are right in the middle of it. The room is small, just a typical ground-floor setup that you see in this neighborhood. It is easy to just walk in from the street. The 400084 area is quite busy, so there is never a dull moment. We have been here since whenever, and we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We don't have a big team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure things get done. The walls have some marks on them and the floor is a bit uneven, but it doesn't bother us. We have our files stacked up and a couple of phones that ring more than they should. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't use big words or have complicated systems. We just remember what needs to be done and we do it. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. It is just a regular life in a busy Mumbai suburb. We are just here, doing our bit, day after day, without any fancy pretenses.
