Mitibase Systems Llp

Mitibase Systems Llp is over in the Aundh area of Pune City. We are in Flat Number 8 at Lotus Enclave, which is in Anand Park. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, and being near the HDFC bank makes it easy for people to find us. The flat is our workspace. It’s not very large, but it’s big enough for our team to sit together and work. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and coffee. The building is older but well-maintained. We like working from a residential area because it feels more relaxed. You don't get that stiff corporate feeling here. We just wear our regular clothes and get on with our tasks. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a while. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat. It’s a friendly environment. We do our best to keep things running smoothly. When things go wrong, we just huddle up and fix them. We don't need a lot of meetings or long emails to get stuff done. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and it works for us. Usually, we're done by six and head home to spend time with our families.
