This is Mitesh Soni. My office is located at 10 Silver Beach, which is on 23 Gulmohar Cross Road 12 in the Juhu Scheme area of Mumbai. Being in the 400 049 pin code means it is a bit quieter than most of the city, which I find helpful for getting things done. I have been at this address for many years and I know the local streets very well. This is not a massive operation with a hundred employees. It is a small, personal setup where I handle everything myself or with a little help. Work moves at a steady pace here. I spend a lot of time at my desk looking over papers and making sure things are correct. People often ask why I stay in Juhu Scheme instead of moving to a big glass building in a business district, but I like the feel of Silver Beach. I do not put money into big advertisements or promotional stuff. Most of my work comes because someone told a friend about me. It is a simple way to run things, but it has worked out fine so far. My desk gets a bit messy sometimes with all the documents, but I know where everything is. The trees outside the window make it feel a bit more peaceful than the rest of Mumbai. I just show up and do the work every day.
