If you are looking for us, we are up on the second floor of Dalal House in Prabhat Colony. Santacruz is always crowded, so being on the second floor makes it a little quieter for us to organize everything. We deal with all sorts of gift items. It started out as just a small idea because we liked finding interesting things that people could give to their families or friends. The space isn't huge, but we pack it with whatever we find that looks decent. Some days we spend more time dusting the shelves and moving boxes around than anything else. Living and working in Santacruz means you get used to the pace, but inside the shop, we try to keep things simple. We have stuff for birthdays, small celebrations, or just because. Most of our neighbors in Prabhat Colony know where we are. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights and music. It’s just a room full of boxes and items that we think people might like. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when a new shipment comes in, and we have to trip over stuff for a day or two. We handle the packing ourselves, mostly using whatever paper or bubble wrap we have on hand. It’s just a small business trying to stay busy. We don’t have a big staff, just us making sure the orders go out and the shelves stay filled. People usually call before coming up to see us.
