Our office for Mindspace Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the B 40 New Ashok Apartment on Bachani Nagar Road. It is in Malad East, so it is a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight but we make it work. Most days involve looking through stacks of applications and talking to folks who are looking for a change in their careers. It is not always easy because people have different needs and businesses are picky. We just try to be practical about who goes where. The Bachani Nagar area is mostly residential, so it feels quiet compared to the main stations. We have got a small team here. We spend a lot of time on our computers and taking calls. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to the office a bit of a mess, but we still show up. We do not have a big reception area or anything. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the hiring side of things, trying to find decent people for the companies that ask us for help. It is a lot of matching skills to jobs without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It feels like a local shop even though we handle stuff for bigger places. That is just how we like to operate in this part of Mumbai. We take it one day at a time here.
