Mindrank Ventures Private Limited is tucked away in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. Our office is 702 B-Wing in Everest Garden. It’s off the Link Road and quite close to Laxmi Nagar. If you know the area, you’ll know we are also near the bus depot, which makes it easy to explain our location to visitors. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the constant movement of the city. The 400075 area is always buzzing with activity. Inside our wing at Everest Garden, things are usually focused. We have a few rooms where we handle our venture tasks. The office doesn’t have that polished, minimalist look you see in tech magazines. It’s got mismatched chairs, some stacks of papers that need filing, and a couple of plants that we sometimes forget to water. We are just a group of people working on various projects. The commute can be tough with the traffic near the bus depot, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We take our lunches together sometimes, or just grab something from the local shops downstairs. It’s a very local, Mumbai way of working. No big mission statements or corporate culture workshops, just a regular office where we try to get things done and keep the business growing in our own way.
