Our office is tucked away in the New Mhada Colony in Goregaon East. Specifically, we’re at 9A/302. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we’ve managed to set up Mindcraft Softwares Pvt Ltd quite comfortably here. Didoshi is a busy part of town, especially during the commute hours. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our desks dealing with software stuff. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The building is just a standard Mhada structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but usually, it's just us focusing on our screens. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria; we just go out to the local stalls for cutting chai and snacks. It’s a practical place to work. We like that it's in Goregaon because it’s accessible for most of us. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we’re just a local private limited company trying to do a good job with the software projects we take on. It’s honest work in a busy city and we just take it one day at a time without any fuss.
