Micro Technologies India Ltd.

Our office is over in Sector 30A in Vashi, right in the Micro Infotech Park. It’s a pretty standard spot for this part of Navi Mumbai. Being at Plot No. 16 means we see a lot of the same faces every morning as people head into the different buildings around here. It isn't the most exciting place, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about projects that seem to never end. Micro Technologies India Ltd. has been around for a bit now, and we have seen the area change quite a lot since we moved in. Vashi is always growing, and there is always some new construction happening nearby. Inside, the air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the middle of summer. We get our tea from the canteen or the little stalls outside the gates. It’s a routine that keeps us grounded. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just have tasks to finish and deadlines that sometimes feel a bit too close for comfort. People come and go, but the core of what we do stays pretty much the same. It’s a job, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things.
