Our shop is in Building 26/B on the New Damodar Bhuleshwar Station Road. We are quite close to the Adarsh Baugh Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We deal with computers and all the problems that come with them. People bring in laptops that won't start or ask us to build them a desktop for their home or office. It’s a small space and there are usually computer parts and cables lying around on the workbenches. We aren't a big corporate IT firm; we are just a local place where you can get your tech fixed without too much fuss. Sometimes we can fix a problem in an hour, and other times we have to wait days for a specific part to arrive. We try to be straight with people about what is worth fixing and what is probably just trash. The street outside is always noisy with the station nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do some software work too, like clearing out viruses or helping people set up their email properly. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or small businesses nearby that don't have their own tech person. We just take things one computer at a time and try to keep everyone's devices running as long as possible.
