Mi Groups

Our place is over in Andheri East, at 2/6 Shiv Colony. It’s right by the Marol Police Camp, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people who are trying to find us. We do a mix of things here, mostly related to property and real estate in the Andheri area. It’s a crowded part of the city, so there is always something going on. We aren't a big corporation, just a small group of people working out of this office. A lot of our day is spent navigating the traffic to go look at different rooms or flats. We see all kinds of places, some good and some that need a lot of work. We try to give people a clear idea of what they are getting into. There is usually a lot of paperwork to deal with, especially with the local authorities, and it can be quite slow. We don't use any fancy sales talk or marketing gimmicks. We just show what’s available and talk about the rent or the price. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud with all the street noise outside, but we’re used to it. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local shopkeepers and residents. We just keep doing our thing here in Shiv Colony and help people find a spot that fits their needs. It’s busy, but we’re used to the pace here.
