Metavision Technology is based out of the Span Center in Santacruz West. We are on the second floor, right on Ramkrishna Mission Road. It’s a pretty busy area with lots of people walking by and cars honking all day long. If you look for CTS No. G-556, that’s us. The office is mostly just a bunch of desks pushed together and some whiteboards that never really get fully erased. We do our tech work here every day from morning until it’s time to head back home. It can get a bit noisy when the windows are open because of the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or so. There is a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. We’ve got some old monitors stacked in the corner that we keep meaning to throw out or fix, but they’ve just become part of the furniture now. The lighting is that standard office fluorescent kind which isn't great, but it does the job. Most of us have lived in Mumbai for years, so we know how to handle the humidity and the rush. We just show up, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to get things right.
