Our office is at E-19 on Kandivali Mahendra Mill Road. A lot of people use Vinayak Nursing Home as a landmark to find us since it’s right there. Kandivali is a good area to be in, though the traffic on Mahendra Mill Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We go by the name Metasys. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people working out of this E-19 spot. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks, chairs, and some computers. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look because that isn’t who we are. We prefer things to be simple and functional. Being near the nursing home means there’s always people around, so it never feels too quiet. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’ve stayed put. We don't have any flashy slogans or mission statements printed on the walls. We just come in, do our tasks, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computers. It’s a regular business in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine. We don't try to be something we are not. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just get back to it.
