Melfrank Engineers

Melfrank Engineers is based out of Kamlesh Apartments, specifically units 17 and 18. We are tucked away in the Sher-e-Punjab society in Andheri East. Working out of an apartment building is different than a big factory, but it suits the kind of engineering work we do. It’s a bit quieter than the main road, though the Mumbai traffic is never too far away. We’ve set up our desks and computers in a way that makes sense for us. The morning usually starts with tea and a look at the drawings or plans we are working on. Being in Andheri East means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which is handy. Sometimes the society is quiet, and other times it’s bustling with people going about their lives. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know what we do. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. You just come up to the apartments and we’re there. It’s an honest way to work. We spend a lot of time on the details of our projects. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure it out together. It’s not about being corporate; it’s about making sure the engineering is sound. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in this area, but we've stayed put right here in Kamlesh Apartments. It just feels right for our team.
