Elechem Engineers

Elechem Engineers is located at 25, Manisha Plaza on the ground floor. We are tucked away in Sonapur Lane, which is just off L.B.S. Marg in Kurla West. Kurla is a very busy part of Mumbai, and L.B.S. Marg is always packed with traffic. Our spot in Manisha Plaza is easy to get to once you find the right turn into the lane. Being on the ground floor is handy because we often have to move equipment and materials in and out. The workshop isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We do various engineering jobs here, mostly focusing on electrical components and setups. You’ll usually see tools scattered across the workbenches and some half-finished projects waiting for parts. It’s a bit of a messy environment, but it’s the kind of mess that makes sense when you’re busy. Our staff are mostly local guys who know their way around a circuit board or a motor. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work comes first. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People from the nearby shops often drop by for a chat or a quick cup of chai. It feels like a small community here in Sonapur Lane. We just keep our heads down and get the engineering work done.
