Meeti Developers Pvt. Ltd is located over in Borivali West, right at Sperry Star CHS on Eksar Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to Yogi Nagar. Our office is at A/27, and it’s a typical Mumbai workspace where every inch of room is used for something important. Being developers in this city means things are always moving fast. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with all the documents that come with building things in Mumbai. The office has that specific smell of old paper and fresh prints. Since we are on Eksar Road, there is always the sound of traffic and people heading towards the station. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just sit here, take meetings, and try to figure out the best way to move our projects forward. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people are talking at once about different sites, but that’s just how the building trade goes. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the neighborhood knows us. You might see us grabbing a quick snack at one of the stalls nearby during our lunch break. It’s a practical office for practical people. We don’t have fancy lounges, just chairs, tables, and a lot of work to get through before the day ends.
