We started Mediaskope Information Technology Andservices Private Limited because we noticed how much help people in our neighborhood needed with tech stuff. It’s a small operation here in Saibaba Nagar, specifically in Aqsa Nagar near Lane Number 6. If you know the Quba Masjid, we are right around there in NIBM. It’s mostly just a few of us handling information technology jobs for local clients. Some days it is quiet, other days we are running around trying to fix things that stopped working. We’ve been at this address on Sr.No.47/8/8/1 for a while now. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular office where we get the work done. We handle different services depending on what the person walking in through the door needs help with. Usually, it's a mix of software questions or fixing systems that aren't behaving. We don't have a big reception desk or a lot of staff in suits. You will usually find us at our desks with a cup of tea, looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it should. We like living and working in this part of Pune. It feels like a community. People know where we are if they have a problem. We try to be useful and keep things simple. Dealing with IT can be a headache for a lot of people, so we just take that off their hands. That’s pretty much us.
