We operate out of 13 Sonal Apartments on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. Our zip code is 400086. Being on LBS Marg means it is always busy outside with cars and buses. The office itself is inside an apartment building, so it stays a bit quieter once you get inside. We have been making plastic products for quite some time now. The office is mostly for handling orders and talking to our suppliers. It is a bit crowded with samples and stacks of paper. We do not have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we make, we just pull a sample out of a box. Mumbai is a fast-paced city, but we try to keep things simple here. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that are starting to rust a bit at the bottom. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. It is a small team and we have known each other for a long time. We do not do any big marketing or advertising. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with for years. We just focus on getting the products right and making sure they get delivered on time. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things difficult, but we manage.
