Mckinsey Knowledge Centre

Our office for Mckinsey Knowledge Centre is located at D 216 Virgo in the Lower Kharodi area of Malad West. Mumbai is a crowded city, and this neighborhood is no different. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement all day long. The office is in a building that has been around for a while. It’s not one of those new skyscrapers. We have a modest setup on our floor. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the room because Malad gets very humid. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and managing information for various projects. Getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle if you're using the local trains, but it’s just part of the daily routine here. The local shops nearby are where we usually grab a quick snack or a tea in the afternoon. Inside, it’s fairly quiet despite the noise from the street outside. We don’t have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to say hello. It’s a very informal environment. We are more interested in the work we are doing than in having a fancy office. The space is practical and fits the needs of our team. It’s just a regular Mumbai workplace where people work hard and then head home to beat the traffic.
