Mayuresh Residency

Our office for Mayuresh Residency is in Bhandup West, specifically on the first floor. We are directly opposite the Asian Paints Company, which makes it very easy for people to find us since that factory is a huge landmark in the area. Being on the first floor means we hear a lot of the street noise and the trucks going in and out of the paint company all day. It’s a simple setup we have here. There are a few desks, a lot of files piled up, and a couple of fans that never seem to move quite enough air when it gets humid. We handle the paperwork and the day-to-day things that keep the residency going. People from the building are always dropping by to talk about things that need fixing or just to pay their dues. It’s a lot of talking and sorting out small problems. Bhandup is a crowded place and the road outside is always jammed with traffic, especially during the shift changes at the factory. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the building inside and out. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the window if we don't shut it tight, but we've gotten used to the building's little problems. We just try to keep things organized and handle the requests as they come in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
