Mayuresh Associates

Our place is located right in the middle of the Bhandup Industrial Estate on VIP Road. It’s a typical industrial area, lots of noise and trucks moving in and out all day. Mayuresh Associates has been operating from unit 4080 for a good number of years. It’s not a quiet office, but that’s how we like it because work is getting done. We handle a bit of everything that comes through an associate firm like ours. Most days are spent talking to clients or sorting out logistics for whatever project is on the table. Bhandup West is a gritty part of the city, but it’s where the real business happens away from the fancy glass buildings. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us at our desks. Sometimes the heat in the estate gets a bit much during May, but we’ve got a couple of fans going. People find us easily once they get onto VIP Road. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend money on decor because it doesn't help the work get finished. The industrial estate has a lot of history and we are just one part of that fabric. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over time, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We get in early, have some tea, and start looking at the files. It’s just how we run things here. There are no fancy speeches, just the usual hard work.
