Mayur Pen Centre

Mayur Pen Centre is where we spend most of our time. We are up at 201 near the Versova Telephone Exchange. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't used to Lokhandwala Road or the Abdul Rehman Street area. The place is usually full of stuff, boxes and whatnot, because that’s just how we work. It’s not a polished shop. We have been here for a long time and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter for what we do. People come in and out all day. Being near the exchange means there’s always something happening nearby. Abdul Rehman Street is always crowded, which keeps things interesting. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s just us. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. Mayur Pen Centre has a lot of history in this spot. We see the same faces quite often. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on Lokhandwala Road, but once we’re inside 201, it’s just work as usual. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just sit here and take care of the business. It’s a simple life at the shop. We like the neighborhood even with all the noise. It is just a part of our every day routine now and we wouldn't have it any other way.
