We are over in Mira Road East, specifically at Sunder Sai Dham CHS. We’re in building 6, room 302. It’s right near Vijay Park, so it’s easy to find if you’re familiar with this part of Thane. Living and working in Mira Road is an experience because it’s always so busy with people commuting back and forth to Mumbai. Our office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it feels very much like a home. We deal with property and housing stuff all day long. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and people looking to move into the society or the nearby blocks. We spend our mornings checking the mail and our afternoons meeting with folks who have questions about their flats. It’s a small space, so we have to keep things fairly tidy, but there’s always a bit of clutter from all the documents we handle. The view out the window is just more buildings and people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here at Sunder Sai Dham, keeping track of the housing details and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. Most people who come in are just looking for straight answers about where they can stay without any of the usual sales talk.
