We’re located at Sawera Building in Malad West, right in the Malvani area. If you know G No 6, you know it stays pretty crowded. Our office is on the fourth floor, room 415. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight and the hallways always have someone passing through. We deal with housing matters, which mostly involves a lot of sitting around and going through property records or helping people figure out their paperwork. Malad is always moving, and Malvani specifically has its own rhythm. We get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask about a specific building or a flat nearby. Most of the time, the elevator in the building is busy, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s not the most polished office, but it’s where we do our daily business. We’ve got stacks of files on the tables because there’s always something new to file or an old record to find. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we’re just here in the neighborhood helping people with their housing needs. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the local news, and other days it feels like everyone is coming in at once. It’s just a regular local office trying to keep things moving for the residents and anyone looking to move into the area. It is a bit loud sometimes with the street noise, but we are used to it.
