We operate out of Flat No 102 in the New Golden Nest building, which is part of Phase Xi in Mira Road East, Thane. It’s an apartment building so it feels more like a home than a cold office. Max Newyork Life Insurance Co Ltd is on the first floor. The area is always buzzing with people and kids playing in the compound. Being in Mira Road means dealing with the local trains and the crowds every single day. The flat is a bit cramped when everyone is here at the same time. We have files stacked up in the corners because there is never enough space. We’ve been in this building for some time now. You have to sign in at the gate sometimes before coming up to see us. The New Golden Nest is a well-known spot around here so people don't usually get lost. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing things into the computer. It’s not a glamorous job but it is ours. Thane is growing so fast and we see new buildings coming up every month. Our little corner in Phase Xi stays pretty much the same though. We just keep doing our daily tasks and looking out the window at the traffic on the street below. There isn't much more to it than that for our small team.
