Our office is situated at number 48 on Marine Drive. It’s a famous stretch of road, so it’s easy to tell people where we are based. The building we are in has been around for quite some time. Inside, our space is dedicated to managing the different franchise ventures we are involved with. It’s often a bit chaotic, with phones ringing and different files piled up on the desks. We don't have a very modern look. The desks are the heavy wooden kind and the chairs have seen better days. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy lighting. We’d rather just focus on the business at hand. The sea breeze is nice when the weather isn't too humid, though we mostly keep the windows shut to keep the city noise out. We are a pretty small group, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the door or sorting out the accounts. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done for our partners, and go home. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like being part of the history of Marine Drive, even if our office is just a simple, unpolished room.
