Maurya Hardware Ceramics

Maurya Hardware Ceramics is our shop, number 47 on the ground floor. We are out in Vile Parle East, specifically near the Sahar area. People usually mention Crawford Market when talking about shopping, but we are right here near the Chakala Cigarette Company. That is the big landmark everyone uses to find us. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier to move the heavy ceramics and hardware items in and out. It’s a lot of lifting every day. Shop No 47 isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. You can find all sorts of tiles and hardware bits if you look through the stacks. Vile Parle East is a busy place to be. We have been here long enough that the regulars just walk in and know where things are. The area near the cigarette company can get quite noisy with trucks and people, but that is part of the job. We don't do anything fancy with the display. It's just shelves and stacks of ceramic goods. Some days are dusty because of the hardware, but we keep at it. Sahar is always moving, and we move along with it. If you are walking down from Crawford Market side, you might miss us if you aren't looking for the number. It's just a regular hardware store run by people who know the items we sell. We have been sitting at this counter for years now and the routine is the same.
