Matrix Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Lane 11 over in the Puransingh Chawl area of Andheri East. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting through the lanes sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks are blocked up, but we’ve made this place our own. We aren't one of those big firms in a shiny tower. Our office is practical and a bit cramped, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for years, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the neighborhood. There’s always something going on outside our door. Most days involve us sitting around the big table in the back, trying to sort out technical problems or planning the next week's schedule. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so the old fan stays on all day long. We know the neighbors, the guy who runs the corner shop, and the various delivery people who come through. It’s a very local way of working. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive coffee machines. We just use what we have and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes things go wrong, or we fall behind a bit, but we always find a way to catch up. Being based in a chawl lane gives us a different perspective on things.
