Our office is in the Pushap Industrial Park, specifically inside the Rajpur Mill Compound. Shoorji Vallabhdas Marg is the main road you take to get here. It is a classic industrial setting. Matcalfe Hodgkinson Pvt Ltd operates out of unit 4. The compound has a lot of history and you can tell that by the way the buildings look. It is not a glass-and-steel modern tower. It is an old-school industrial space with high ceilings and thick walls. We have our machinery and our desks all in the same general area. It gets a bit loud when everything is running at once. The air usually has that faint smell of oil and dust which you get in places like this. We do not have a fancy entrance with a sign. You just find the main gate and look for number 4. We have been here quite some time now. The staff knows every corner of this building. We do not have a cleaning crew that comes in every hour so there is a bit of character to the floors and the workbenches. We do our work, talk to the vendors, and keep things moving as best as we can. It is a very practical environment. We do not spend money on leather sofas or expensive art for the walls. We just need the tools and the space to get the job done. The Rajpur Mill Compound is a busy hub.
