We’re up here on the first floor of Sharda Chamber No. 2. It’s a busy spot in Masjid Bunder West. People come in with all sorts of questions about computers. We just try to help out. Keshavji Naik Road is always crowded, so finding us takes a minute or two. We've been here for a while now. It's just a small room, number 110. Nothing fancy at all. Desks and parts are sitting everywhere in the office. We handle things as they come. Sometimes it’s busy, and other times it’s really quiet. Dealing with whatever the customers need that day is our main job. It's not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just us working. If you're near Sharda Chamber, you probably know the area already. It's a bit of a maze sometimes. Even though the neighborhood has changed over the years, we stay put in this office. Doing repairs and fixing screens that stop working is what we do. It's practical work. No fancy slogans are needed here. Just a regular business. A lot of tea gets drunk while we work. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool enough. Old notebooks are where we keep track of everything. It's how we've always done it. Customers stop by, they talk, and we look at their machines. That's the daily routine. Our staff isn't big, just a few of us here every morning. It’s what we do.
