Masctek Enterprise Software is a small operation. The office is at B-908, Mahalunge Riviera, which is built on S. No. 39/1 and 40/1. It’s a newer area and the building is quite tall. Being an OPC means things are handled directly. There isn't a board of directors or a bunch of managers hovering around. It’s just about getting the software work done from this apartment-style office. The view from the ninth floor is okay, but mostly I am just looking at the screen. Mahalunge is developing fast, so there is always some construction noise in the distance. It’s not like being in a big corporate park in the middle of a city. It’s a bit more private here. I don't go in for big advertisements or trying to look bigger than I am. People find out about the work through word of mouth or by looking up the address. The daily routine is simple: wake up, get some coffee, and start coding or fixing whatever needs attention. Sometimes it’s a bit lonely being an OPC, but it also means things get decided quickly. There’s no red tape to deal with. I just try to be fair and do a good job with the enterprise software tasks that come in. It’s a practical way to live and work without all the extra stress of a big office.
