Marudhar Systems

Our office is over on Charni Road, specifically at number 25 on the second floor of the Co Operative Housing Society. We’re right near Vinay Restaurant, which is great because we go there for lunch quite a bit. You can usually smell what they are cooking from the stairs. Being on the second floor means you have to walk up every morning, which keeps us moving I guess. Marudhar Systems is a small operation. We handle various system-related tasks, which mostly means we are sitting in front of screens for hours at a time. The office is tucked away in a residential building, so it feels a bit more quiet and private than being right on the street. We have some old desks and a lot of cables running along the floor. Sometimes we have to remind each other not to trip on them when we get up for more water. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a room where we get our work done. The housing society is pretty old, so the walls have a bit of character and the lift doesn't always work like it should. We’ve been here for a while and we like the Charni Road area. It’s easy to get to and there’s always good food nearby. We don’t have a lot of visitors, but when people do come by, we usually have some tea ready. It’s a low-key environment where we just focus on the technical stuff.
