Marsh India Pvt Ltd

Our space is in E 115 at the Bussa Apartments. That is on Bmbhargav Marg in Santa Cruz West, Mumbai. Marsh India Pvt Ltd has been at this address for some time. Working out of an apartment building gives it a different feel than a big office block. It feels more like a home office, even though we are a proper company. The elevators in Bussa Apartments can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Santa Cruz is always moving fast. There is always noise from the street and the sound of the city. Inside, we just have our setups. We do mostly administrative and business work. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails. The kitchen area is where we all gather for tea in the afternoon. We don't have fancy furniture, just stuff that is comfortable enough to sit in for eight hours. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the street below. We know the security guards at the gate. It's a very normal Mumbai workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office. We just want to get the tasks finished so we can go home and deal with the commute. It’s just how things are here. We don't mind the noise much.
